MEUC is playing a leading role in the Water Regulator OFWAT’s new Customer Advisory Panel. At its first meeting MEUC Chairman, Andrew Bainbridge, said price was only one of the issues which concern business users. Bad billing was a serious problem. Too many supply bills were inaccurate and debt collection notices arrived before invoices could be processed. Disconnection notices were used instead of talking to customers.
