1. Delegates from QatarGas have held discussions with Suez Canal officials over the company’s shipments of LNG through the canal. This follows a report that Qatar intends to almost double its annual shipment of LNG to the U.K. from 9 million tonnes to 17 million. This new amount equates to about 22% of the UK’s annual demand.
