Help is always a phone call or e-mail away. A key benefit for many Members is the team of experienced specialists they can turn to for help and guidance as issues arise.

Enquiries by e-mail or telephone are answered promptly and Members frequently talk through their issues with the expert concerned. If more applied advice is required we will recommend who should be contacted.

Importantly, MEUC is not a consultancy or broker. We have no axe to grind, nor are we looking to carry out fee paid work. We exist for the benefit of our Members and frequently Members report their experiences, good and bad, for sharing with other Members. Our frequent contact with suppliers may also prove useful in helping resolve any difficulties which may arise.

ENERGY SOLUTIONS IN ACTION – free event

Andrew Bainbridge is to appear on a discussion panel at ‘Energy Solutions in Action’ a free ESTA event aimed at giving advice and energy saving tips. The half-day event will be on 16th May at Royal Windsor Race Course and will feature two ‘Question time’ style panel debates on energy management and using technology to reduce energy use. There will also be an exhibition.
